Introduction to Computer:
- Understanding computers, mobile devices, and their applications.
- Components of a computer system, including the Central Processing Unit (CPU), common input and output devices, USB ports, and the use of pen drives.
- Connecting peripherals such as the power cord, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and printer to the CPU.

Operating a Computer System:
- Overview of operating systems and their usage.
- Basic operations using the mouse (click, drag, double-click, right-click) and keyboard (common keys like Enter, Delete, Backspace, Shift, Tab, and arrow keys).
- Starting and shutting down a computer.
- Navigating the user interface for desktops and laptops, including the taskbar, icons, shortcuts, running applications, scroll bars, and utilizing help features.
- File and folder management, along with understanding various file extensions.

Create, Edit, and Format Documents Using Word Processor:
- Basics of word processing, including opening the application, understanding the title bar, menu bar, toolbars, and sidebar.
- Creating, opening, saving (including 'Save As'), and closing documents.
- Utilizing help features, setting up pages, previewing before printing, and printing documents.
- Saving documents as PDF files.
- Text selection, cutting, copying, pasting, font customization (color, style, size), text alignment, undo and redo functions, and spelling and grammar checks.
- Familiarity with shortcut keys.

Introduction to Internet and Finding Information Online:
- Concepts of the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW).
- Understanding website addresses, URLs, and various applications of the Internet.
- Modes of connecting to the Internet, such as hotspot, Wi-Fi, LAN cable, broadband, and USB tethering.
- Exploring popular web browsers like Internet Explorer/Edge, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
- Techniques for surfing the web, using popular search engines, and effective online searching.

Working with E-mail:
- Structure and components of an email.
- Opening an email account, understanding the mailbox (inbox and outbox), creating and sending new emails, replying to and forwarding messages, accessing email attachments, and deleting emails.

Understanding Financial Literacy and e-Governance Services:
- Digital financial tools, including understanding One-Time Passwords (OTP) and Quick Response (QR) codes.
- Familiarity with Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), credit/debit cards, eWallets, and Point of Sale (PoS) systems.
- Basics of Internet banking, including National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), and Immediate Payment Service (IMPS).
- Online bill payment processes.
- Overview of e-Governance services like railway reservations, passport applications, and eHospital services.
- Accessing e-Governance services on mobile devices using the "UMANG APP."
